It wasn't a fluke

Last night I finally recevied my grade for module 3 and guess what folks I got a 95% this time. The reason I failed to get a 100% is that I forgot one of the more important parts of these essays, the experience. I forgot to write the experience for one of the questions and I got marked down 10 points because of it. luckily the class was awarded 5 bonus points because our grades were so late last week.

"Your grade on module 3 is 95/100. You had 40/50 on question 2 and 50/50 on question 4. I then added the 5 extra points I had awarded the class after module 2.
Q2: On this question you received 40/50. You are definitely on the right track with this answer. You cited references from the text and you gave your personal reflections on the text. What you did not do was to use your personal experiences to support your answers, which is a big part of this question. I would have liked to have seen you state and explain all of the concepts which have been the basis for court cases (105,106).

Q4: On this question you received 50/50. Nice job! I liked that you pulled out areas of discrimination and then crafted your answers around those areas of discrimination. I just want to let you know that you can never write too much. You just keep writing until you feel like you have answered the question completely!"

I can see into your future...Mrs. Caffeine, Head of HR Department :)))

I am doing fairly well...

Hopefully I will be doing something with this in the near future. My goal is to work for HR and do things that will help people.
