My newest Grade

I don't want to seem like I am bragging but I got my second essay grade back, and I said to a friend that I would post each and every grade whether good or bad. I have good news, I got another 100%. I am very proud of myself for this since the last essay was rather simple. I have posted the email that I got from my professor if anyone would like to read it.

In each module you have a chance to earn 100 points, 50 for each question. In module 2 you earned 100/100 points!

Question 2: In this question you received 50/50. You did a great job with all three of the areas that I want you to address in each question! Your extra reading of this chapter really paid off because you nailed the main point of this question in the first paragraph and then used the rest of the answer to support your statement. You don't have to separate out the experience and the reflection/opinion unless you really want to. Great job!

Question 4: On this question you received 50/50. You did a good job on this answer! As for your question about how I want you to cite information: I want you to include page numbers when you take an exact quote and when you take a general idea from a part of the text. All of this information is new to you so I want to see what specific information you are pulling from the chapters to support your answers. If I have a question about something you have written then I will go back to the page where you got this information and see how you got your answer. This can make a big difference on your grade.

Mrs. Einstein, it is so wonderful to see that you're applying your genius! I knew you had it in you!!!

Congratulations!

Cool. Kudos and congrats 2U.

What were the questions? And your answers...

I don't think I can post all of the answers...It was 4 pages worth of text.

The first question:

Why must HR planning be seen as a process flowing from the organizational plan?

The most obvious response to this question is that without HR planning, many processes would cease to flow from the organizational plan. As a central part of any organizational system HR ?should be part of the initial input to the strategy formulation process?

The second question:

Take each of the organizational determinants and describe how they affected your decision to leave a previous job.

This one is a bit harder to give an example of the answer.

PS to all thanks !
