Still trying to quit smoking
I am still trying to quit smoking. I had a little fall back a week or so ago, but I'm back to the no nicotine cigarettes. It almost seems pointless to smoke them at all I know, but it's harder than it seems to actually quit smoking.
I still haven't given up, it's just taking longer than I thought it was going to take me.

I know how hard it is to quit. For a year after I quit I noticed every smoldering cigarette butt on the ground and wistfully thought of picking them up for a puff or too. I tried to sit near smokers, too. But I finally got over them, Keep trying, I know you can do it.

I am still trying, it is just a lot harder than just throwing the pack away and saying "I'm done with you!"...trying to keep myself busy really helps but I still haven't found the cure. Thanks once again for your inspiration.

Believe it or not quitting smoking is the hardest thing I have had to quit. The other stuff was easy.
