More on Voting

KerryBush.jpg
After looking over the latest polls I see that there is much more work to be done. First it is important to know where the swing states are, and if you are in one. However, just because your not in one doesn't mean you don't have to get out and vote on November 2nd. We all have a responsibility to vote, to ourselves and our families. It's not too late in most states to register to vote.

It is important to know who the the candidates are in your area. Following that it would be important to see how the elections can effect the states that you live in. For instance the See where G. Bush and J. Kerry stand on Guns in America. While your at it why not read what John Kerry and George Bush have to had to say on all the topics.

Don't forget to watch the debates!

Debates are going to rock!!

Are you planning to vote?

What do you think!
aren't you?
you almost have to if you want Kerry to win, right?
I think the debates tonight will show some light on both Bush and Kerry as long as Kerry doesnt knock them out with screwdrivers!

You never answered my question: How did someone of your background become a supporter of Bush, a republican? I mean I know a lot about you and it doesn't scream "republican party" to me. Maybe you got rich and are a discriminating ass by now but from the past I would have said democrat if not green party. I am honestly puzzled by this.

And yes, I do plan to vote, the first time ever, it's just that important to me that Bush isn't re-"elected".

The debates aren't really going to be debates though, more like questions from the audience. We will see how things go. Hopefully George will keep his temper under control.

I may have to do a full post over on my site as to why conservatives think the way that they do. It's not just being wrong: it's being belligerent in the face of overwhelming evidence - and that requires some serious explanation.

As to why Josh likes conservativism so much? I don't think he actually does. In fact, I think what he's into is the cult of personality that people like Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity have built. That fake tough guy act. The phony "man of the people" thing. The confrontational attitudes and the screaming and the bullying. That's what he likes.

What amazes me is the fact that these people are deliberately misinforming their audiences doesn't seem to bother the people being lied to. So Josh, why do you listen to people who you know are lying to you?

Maybe he doesn't realize that they are lying to him. If it's the only place you get your news from you don't know that other places are reporting the right stories. Why don't you give us the statistics for Bill O'Reilly vs. The Daily Show Jemal.

I guess it's hard.I mean how can i believe I'm right when i listen to Hannity or Beck or any of those bully's maybe i should start listening to Mr Moore or Mr Kerry, now these are honest people....Dude come on!!

To be honest I like the truth,I don't need a PET cause, I believe what I believe and to me that makes me feel like a better man,I dont need to follow everyone else, and I am not a republican ..I am me, which at this time is still a registered Democrate!

How are the Kids!!
1st days of school can be hard!

Fox post fake quotes from John Kerry. However, FoxNews has already deleted the retraction and the quotes from their website.

This is pointless, you have obviously made up your mind and there is nothing I can say or show you that will change your mind. I regret what will happen to this world if Bush gets another 4 years. Luckily, your only 1 vote. :)

As for having a PET project, I want a better place for my kids and their children. George Bush will put this country so far in debt, continue to lose millions of jobs, give more tax breaks to the rich, continue to cut funding for education and social services and kill thousands more inocent people if he is re-"elected". I want something better than that for my kids I don't know about you.

The only thing I want from the Political arena is my PRESIDENTS ALL AMERICAN PATCH (SILVER) which I got in Junior High School... My mom tossed it because she was opposed to the President and/or Governmental Authorities at the time. I believe I should have the chance to deide for myself if I wish to keep it or toss it. Do you think the white house will re-issue that patch to me?
Maybe I need to write to Kerry's Camp, obviously they know the contacts. hehehehehehe.....
Oh wait.... i guess I shouldn't be making light of Kerry's always changing political opinions.
And I do not understand why all the philosophical libralist out there are voting or care about the way the election turns out anyway... afterall, isn't it them that preach about the Paralell Universe? Just be happy that somewhere, some place... some time... there is no war in Iraq, there never has been any problems in the middle east, Kerry is winning in the poles, and Santa and God do exist. :-)

I am living with my son in lovely Pennsylvania about an hour from you guys.

It sure looks like you. So, do you have custody now? Why did you stop calling after you moved?

Yes,Kyle lives w/ me full time.My daughter lives in Chincoteague w/ Shawna. As far as not calling goes I lost your number, not to mention the fact that Shawna was very insecure to say the least.

I had figured you and Shawna were married by now. Good for you, taking care of Kyle and all. I can give you my number, if you think you would ever call it.
